Volcinar, one of the new territories

Name: Volcinar
Landscape: A series of thousands of islands. Islands of all sizes. Many have volcanoes on them in which where the foundation of life is born. Islands big enough to be a home to a volcano and large enough to support life of at least two tribes become occupied. All power comes from Volcanoes. There is a dome on top which traps the heat and sends it down to a generator. The generator transfers heat into power of all sorts whether it gives electricity to homes, or if it gives heat to homes which is easy due to heat coming from volcanoes. Different tribes specialize in different ways. Some create clothing for other tribes around the territory. Some provide entertainment and send their performing groups around the islands. Every island provides itself with necessities. Water, food, power, and education and all.

When a member of a tribe reaches the age of 20 Worlurns (years), they go through the right of passage as to which career they would like to pursue. Most stay on the same island for they are familiar with tasks at hand and are comfortable with how they live. Others seek different projects.

Every third island has a military base in which undecided adults attempt to pursue and find the correct passage for their life. Many that go there join the military forces.

There is one island in the middle of the territory. It is the largest (coincedentally lol) It's name is Janolital. This island has emensly tall walls seperating the three different inhabitants which represent the inhabitants of the territory (see inhabitants). The three cities on Janolital are Tortlis (the mixed blood city facing north), Diaglo (the Sporior city facing the southwest), and Sayaidii (the human city facing southeast).

All life preserving home for tribes are called Cenkuus
All smaller islands around the Cenkuus are dominated by the nearest Cenkuu and are not inhabited, but are used basically to catch food and store emergency supplies.

Inhabitants
Southern Eastern inhabitants are strictly human

Southern Western inhabitants are able to control their physical appearances. Even though they are able to control their physical appearance, nobody really edits it unless they get a bad haircut or something. Everyone is used to this special gift. It's a way of life. Most use the gift to change eye color to suit mood.
Life expectancy of this race with a name unknown, is about until the early 50's
They call themselves Sporiors for they do not know their real name.

Northen inhabitants appear human, though they are really a mix between human and the Sporiors species which makes the inhabitants able to use primarily will to control their physical features to a certain extent. At the age of 15 Worlurns (years), the mixed blood members can no longer edit their physical appearances. The rest of an individual’s bodily development would happen as naturally as a regular human being at age 15. Though most don't really know how to use the power, or why, nobody really uses it. Also due to the mix of blood, eye color changes with mood respectively of how intense the emotional has become.
For this special mix in blood, life expectancy is into the early 60's

***Eye Color Moods (for most inhabitants)
Males- Brown || Females- Grey {Neutral feeling}
yellow- emotions of satisfaction
blue- Melancholic emotions
red- emotions fill with an urge (a way to describe anger, though not limited to)

To respresent neutral feelings to emotions, there is a change in the Iris. The color will change from a specific color to the neutral color, the color of the eye could be a yellow which then would change to the color brown towards the middle of the iris. Since there is an abundance of emotions, there is an abundance of colors the eye could be.


In the Southern area of the territory, neither races really mix together. They allow each other to live peacefully. It is the way of life. The two just never mixed because it was never necessary. Some say that it is wrong to mix the races. Though in the center of the two regions are a string of islands which act as transporting islands. They deliver certain goods to either side respectively. It is a system which has proven strong for centuries. The string of islands have factories which a more for transporting goods from one side of the island to the other.

Nothern Cenkuu camps have started to mix the races more and more which leads to the ultimate turning point of the territory.

Living conditions: A territory with homes and buildings very similar to Second Earth homes. Janolital is a well-developed city. It is the central government for each of the three nations. Power from volcanoes.

Flume: The first flume of known presence is one by a Cenkuu island called Shehno. This is also one of the military bases in the South. The island is used to hunt for food, though there are many others to be used. Most inhabitants do not tend to use the island for the extreme amount of travel to get to it. And almost nobody seems to find the cave covered in stars for the entire island is covered with lush tropical plants with leaves that resemble star shapes. One must have a keen eye to find the flume.

Quigs: Falcon-like birds which guard the flume but being the only birds to continuously circle the island. Easy to spot the island, but to find the flume is harder with birds on your trail all the time.

Traveler bio: Nekulas: He is a traveler from the southern islands. He has just gone through his right of passage to be an adult that apparently had decided long ago to be a member living on the island of Janolital. Here, he is working for the government in Diaglo. Though he only chose this path because he felt that if he didn't then he would be sent into the military camps which pressure young adults to choose a lifestyle even more, and he did not want to end up in the military. He stills feels that he needs to do something worth noting in his life. He is part of the Sporior species so he doesn't have as much time as he would like.
Nekulas has been on the wrong side of the battle. Nekolus soon discovers that he is a mix-blood and his whole world then becomes torn apart. He must leave his life in Diaglo and travel to Tortlis, where he doesn’t feel that he fits.
He then realizes that he is an elite breed of species which means that he has more powers than the average mixed blood human. It is these elite forces that had become the military and spies for the north in case a war was ever to come forth. The spies could blend into the society down on the western part of the territory and learn important information. Being forced into the military as a spie, he goes into the city of Tortlis to tell his new government about plans for possible invasion.
Nekulas still doesnt exactly trust his new government.

If someone was to play as Nekulas, then you can start anywhere in the bio from where he went to Tortlis. Or after when he's used to his life as a mixed blood.
